Wakura hot spring (Nanao City,Ishikawa Pref)

Abundant quantity of water and a high quality hot spring are charm in Wakura hot spa.
The superior nature of the water of a hot spring and efficacy including sodium and calcium receive a high evaluation.

Noto-don

It is the bowl which was particular about Oku-Noto up to a cooking ingredient, tableware, chopsticks.Using fish and meat in season, an original bowl is edible in a shop more than 60.
You can take the chopsticks.

Roast a fresh oyster
(Anamizu Town & Nanao City, Ishikaw Pref)

The oyster is called "the milk of the sea", and nutritive value is high. Including iron content and vitamins, the glycogen of the taste ingredient.
Roast a fresh oyster together with a husk on a net, and please taste it.

Snow Crab Sashimi
(Okunoto area, Ishikaw Pref)
