  • This ceremony is performed to entertain the god and goddess of rice paddies and to pray for a good harvest in Noto area. (kind of the harvest festival) "A escort ceremony for the gods" on December 5th and "A sending-off ceremony" on February 9 are carried out every year

Ishikawa Wajima Urushi Art Museum

This museum is known as the only museum in Japan that is devoted to lacquerware art. In the spacious museum building, you can enjoy the elaborate lacquerware world.You can also learn from watching a video explaining lacquerware art.

Kiriko Lantern Museum
(Wajima City,Ishikawa Pref)

Kiriko is a lantern and that, in the summer and autumn festival of the region is the essential Noto area. The exhibition of more than 30 Kirico, shows exhibitions to enjoy the festive mood any time.

Gojinjo Drum Performance
(Wajima City,Ishikawa Pref)

This is tradition to be handed down from old days in the Nabune area.
Every summer the Gojinjo Drum Performance is held on the Nabune Large Festival, and it is demonstrated at roadside station Wajima.
