Awara hot spring (Awara City, Fukui Pref)

Awara hot springs are opened in 1883. Awara is an artistic town as called "an annex of kansai"
Taste of Awara loved by many writers continue being still valid in a heart of the service.

The Echizen crab
(Echizen Town etc, Fukui Pref)

The snow crab landed in Fukui is called "Echizen crab", a yellow tag is attached to the leg.
"Kama-age", a scene boiling a fresh crab is seen in winter.

The sweet shrimp
(Tsuruga City etc, Fukui Pref)

The sweet shrimp of the winter is delicious. "Komochi" with a blue egg is top quality goods.
Sweetness spreads with the fragrance of the faint tide when I put a good sweet shrimp of the freshness in a mouth when mellow.

Mizu-yokan
(Fukui Pref)

Generally "Mizu-yokan" is eaten in summer, but people eat it in winter in Fukui.
