Awazu hot spring
(Komatsu City, Ishikawa Pref)

Awazu hot spring is the one of the Kaga's four biggest hot springs.It was opened over 1300 years ago. As "an inn with the world's best history", the hotel "Houshi" is registered with Guinness Book of World Records. All inns have original hot spring source, which is effective against neuralgia, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis.

Goma Tofu
(Eiheiji Town, Fukui Pref)

In Eiheiji, meal is a practice similar to meditation and sutra chanting. Using "the sesame" of the protein source,the Goma Tofu is made with big effort. It symbolizes a heart of the service. In front of Eiheiji Temple, shops sell Goma Tofu.

Oiwa thin noodles
(Kamiichi Town, Toyama Pref)

A noted food of Oiwa is thin noodles. After boiling noodles, by puting it in ice water, noodles are tightened. In summer,well cool Oiwa thin noodles are popular.
